Caroline Sass joined Milberg as a research investigator in 2010. Her responsibilities include providing support to Milberg’s in-house investigators and attorneys by developing investigative leads.

Ms. Sass brings exceptional communication and research capabilities to Milberg’s investigative team. As a research investigator, she analyzes information pertinent to active and potential cases using the internet, multiple database systems, and investigative leads. She uses determination and creativity to identify, compile, and analyze key data. With her exceptional people skills, Ms. Sass maintains a broad spectrum of potential information sources.

Prior to joining Milberg, Ms. Sass worked as an international flight attendant for a major U.S. carrier for more than 20 years, specializing in Latin American travels. She is also an inventor and entrepreneur who founded her own company creating innovative and functional children’s products.

Ms. Sass graduated from Central Washington University in 1988, with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a minor in Psychology. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.
